Augustín always approaches his clients individually, as each person is different. But always with a positive attitude and patience, so that the client feels good and any nervousness during the exercise is removed. He places great emphasis on proper breathing technique and execution of individual exercises so that his clients practice as efficiently as possible and avoid beginner’s mistakes and injuries. He trains both beginners and advanced clients.
