Physio services (by Majka and Jakub)

Physio emergency

In the case of a sudden worsening of condition (acute condition), restricted movement due to muscle tension, joint blockages, or other pain, you can use quick physiotherapy intervention to alleviate and treat acute pain.

Functional Diagnosis of the Musculoskeletal System + Therapy (60 min.)

Diagnosing pain and dysfunction in the body’s musculoskeletal system is an important first step in determining the appropriate course of physiotherapy. Based on a conversation (medical history) and a functional examination of the musculoskeletal system, a “working diagnosis” for physiotherapy can be established. For the first session, it is recommended to bring any medical reports if you have already been examined by a specialist.

Physio massage (30 min. / 60 min.)

A physio massage consists of a combination of various types of grips and techniques: soft tissue techniques, gentle mobilization techniques, reflex massage, and relaxation techniques for relief from pain, muscle stiffness, and joint restrictions.

Individual Exercises (30 min. / 60 min.)

Individual exercises are suitable for patients/clients who need personalized attention from the physiotherapist. This approach involves tailoring the procedure and selecting exercises according to the patient’s/client’s current needs.

Children's physio (55 min.)

Physio for children aged 6 to 16 years. A service suitable for improving posture caused by poor posture, scoliosis, post-traumatic or post-operative conditions, and similar issues.

Comprehensive Physiotherapy (90 min.)

This service combines manual therapy to release tense areas, followed by exercises for weakened muscles, which provides the most effective way to restore proper movement function.

Women’s Physiotherapy (30 min. / 60 min.)

Suitable for women during pregnancy or after childbirth. Based on the current condition, the physiotherapist will determine appropriate exercises during pregnancy or after childbirth to maintain and support the health of the trunk and pelvis, as well as manual techniques and massages to relax and relieve tight muscles.

Scar Treatment (30 min. / 60 min. as part of manual therapy)

A scar is an imperfect tissue that forms during the healing of soft tissues. A scar contains fibers that, over time, may cause tension in the surrounding structures depending on its size and depth.

Early and regular treatment allows for improved mobility of the soft tissues and better sensitivity in the affected area.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (60 min. / 90 min.)

Lymphatic drainage is a method of releasing and unblocking lymph nodes and pathways, which plays a significant role in certain diagnoses and conditions. Lymphatic swelling increases tension in soft tissues, raises sensitivity to pain, and worsens mobility.

Manual lymphatic drainage, with its specific techniques, accelerates the drainage process—allowing lymph to flow through the vessels and nodes—and reduces swelling.

Kinesiotaping

As a supplement to physiotherapy, kinesiology tape is applied to the affected area as needed. It supports movement and corrects it through touch stimulation of the skin, reducing pain and enhancing stability.

Application is available during exercises or manual therapy for an additional fee.

Group Exercises (55 min.)

Group exercises are varied based on the requests of clients/patients.

The group capacity is limited.

Even during group sessions, the physiotherapist leading the class will correct and adjust exercise execution details for each participant.

Exercises for Women (55 min.) - Coming Soon

Physio Exercises for Pregnant Women (55 min)
A group exercise to support health during pregnancy and prepare for childbirth.

Physio Exercises Postpartum (55 min)
A group exercise to support the health of the trunk (reduce diastasis) and pelvic floor after childbirth.

Minimum group size: 2 people, Maximum: 5 people

Physio services (by Slávka)

Massage (30 min. / 60 min.)

Massage – 30 min

Targeted, intensive care focused on a specific problem area of the body (e.g., cervical spine, lower back, shoulders, lower limbs, etc.).

Massage – 60 min

A more comprehensive treatment of multiple overloaded areas of the body. It allows deeper work with muscles, fascia, and overloaded structures.

In my massage therapy, I combine classical massage techniques, soft tissue techniques, and myofascial release to:

  • reduce muscle spasms and chronic tension
  • improve joint mobility
  • support recovery after physical activity
  • balance muscular imbalances
  • promote overall nervous system relaxation

Price Massage 30 min.: 26 eur

Cupping Therapy (30 min.)

Cupping (vacuum therapy) is a therapeutic method using controlled negative pressure to influence skin, subcutaneous tissue, and myofascial structures. The application of cups lifts the tissue, which mechanically releases fascia, improves local microcirculation, and supports metabolic exchange.

Effects of cupping:

  • improved blood circulation and tissue perfusion
  • support of venous and lymphatic drainage
  • reduction of muscle tension
  • pain relief
  • improved elasticity and mobility of soft tissues

Contraindications:

  • coagulation disorders
  • anticoagulant therapy (warfarin, heparin)
  • acute inflammatory conditions
  • fever
  • severe varicose veins or skin damage at the application site
  • active cancer (without physician approval)
  • bacterial or viral infections
  • unstable epilepsy
  • severe anemia
  • untreated or unstable hypertension

The intensity of the vacuum and duration of the treatment are individually adjusted according to the location, tissue quality, and overall health condition of the client. Temporary redness or bruising may appear after treatment as a natural reaction to the vacuum effect.

Price: 26 eur

Cupping + Massage (60 min.)

A combined therapy that integrates the effects of cupping with classical manual techniques into one comprehensive treatment. This targeted approach allows for deeper and more effective therapeutic results compared to using either technique alone.

Price: 40 eur

Postnatal Therapy (60 min.)

An individually guided therapeutic program focused on supporting the natural regeneration of a woman’s body after childbirth. The therapy includes education and correction of basic movement patterns. It also provides space for conscious slowing down, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.

Focus areas:

  • conscious breathing techniques
  • activation and relaxation of pelvic floor muscles
  • treatment of diastasis recti
  • C-section scar therapy
  • coordination of rib cage, diaphragm, and pelvis
  • foot stability as the foundation of body support
  • relief of back and pelvic pain

Therapy goals:

  • support physiological tissue healing and regeneration
  • restore core stability
  • improve posture and movement patterns when caring for a baby
  • prevent chronic pain and overload
  • improve mobility and circulation

The service includes an initial assessment. The program is always adapted to the woman’s current condition. The pace respects the stage of recovery and individual capacity. Suitable for women during the postpartum period, after the postpartum period, and even several years after childbirth.

Price: 40 eur

Postnatal Exercise (60 min.)

A targeted exercise program for women after childbirth who want to safely and professionally restore their body function. The program follows a diagnostic assessment and respects the current phase of recovery.

Focus areas:

  • diastasis recti
  • abdominal wall tone optimization
  • reduction of abdominal protrusion
  • stress or urge incontinence
  • early stages of pelvic organ prolapse
  • lumbar and cervical spine pain
  • pelvic and sacroiliac joint pain
  • weakened deep stabilization system
  • muscle imbalances developed during pregnancy and postpartum
  • overall posture optimization

The exercise program focuses on:

  • functional pelvic floor activation coordinated with the diaphragm and abdominal wall
  • restoring proper breathing patterns
  • core and pelvic stabilization
  • gradual abdominal loading without worsening diastasis
  • posture correction
  • proper body alignment and foot support

Load progression is systematic — from basic stabilization through strength development to more dynamic functional movements. The goal is not a “quick return to shape” but sustainable long-term function without symptoms.

Benefits:

  • improved core stability and control
  • increased functional strength without pelvic floor overload
  • better coordination and movement confidence
  • greater freedom and ease of movement
  • prevention of prolapse and incontinence progression
  • safe return to sports

This is not about performance pressure, but about gradually regaining stability and confidence in everyday movements.

Price: 40 eur

SM System (45 min.)

The SM System is a therapeutic exercise method using elastic resistance cords, focused on active spinal stabilization, improved posture, and gradual regeneration of intervertebral discs.

The method works on the principle of spiral muscle chains that create axial traction of the spine — a gentle decompression of spinal segments during active movement. The goal is to restore muscular balance between deep stabilizing muscles and superficial muscles.

Suitable for:

  • lower back, thoracic, and neck pain
  • disc herniations and protrusions
  • scoliosis
  • functional spinal blockages
  • muscle imbalances
  • sedentary jobs and long-term unilateral load

Therapeutic effects:

  • active spinal decompression during movement
  • improved core stabilization
  • reduced pressure on intervertebral discs
  • restoration of physiological posture
  • improved mobility with maintained stability
  • improved body alignment

Training is individualized with emphasis on precise technique, breathing coordination, and proper muscle chain activation.

Price: 30 eur

SM System + Manual Therapy (60 min.)

This combined therapy connects active SM System exercise with targeted manual therapy, creating a comprehensive approach to treating functional musculoskeletal disorders.

Manual therapy prepares tissues, releases hypertonic muscles, myofascial restrictions, and functional blockages. SM System exercise then stabilizes and actively integrates corrected movement patterns.

Therapeutic principle

Manual therapy:

  • normalization of muscle tone
  • soft tissue and spinal mobilization
  • improved local circulation
  • pain reduction

Active therapy (SM System):

  • axial spinal traction during movement
  • activation of spiral muscle chains
  • restoration of muscle balance
  • core and pelvic stabilization

Combining passive release with active stabilization provides more effective and longer-lasting therapeutic results.

Price: 40 eur

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (60 min. / 90 min.)

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialized therapeutic technique focused on supporting the lymphatic system. It consists of gentle, slow, rhythmic manual stimulation of the skin and subcutaneous tissue to promote lymph flow toward regional lymph nodes.

Effects:

  • reduction of swelling (lymphedema, post-surgical swelling)
  • support of tissue healing
  • faster recovery after surgery and injuries
  • relief of heavy legs
  • improved microcirculation
  • support of immune response
  • reduction of pain caused by swelling pressure

Contraindications:

  • acute infectious disease
  • fever
  • acute thrombosis or suspected thrombosis
  • untreated cancer
  • acute inflammation
